Finding a new job can be tough! The Launch Package is a great way to start your search off on the right foot.

We’ll start with an initial 15-minute consultation to understand your high-level goals and needs. Then we’ll revamp your resume to optimize for Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiter screening. We provide you with a draft including comments that we will review together.

During the 1-hour consultation, we’ll discuss general job search strategy and address questions you have about the process. We’ll make some final edits to your resume based on our discussion and send you the final version in Word and PDF format. We will also help you make updates to your LinkedIn profile so that recruiters can find you more easily when sourcing candidates for their open positions!
